The girls' room -- completed

Here it is -- it's finally all done!!!

Now I just have to keep dusting it until the babies come home. Thunder has decided he really likes the new bedroom and spends lots of time in there napping and looking out the window. He's so big and the windows are so low that he can lay down and just have his head up to see out. Plus, I put his favorite dog bed in there too. I'm hoping he'll keep doing that once our daughter comes home. He can be her little guard dog -- well I guess he'll be the big guard dog -- like Clifford was.

Looks fantastic! Did you return the other set of bedding, or are you saving it for the 2nd crib?

No I didn't return the other set. I figured we would have two girls in this room at some point. And the bedding will work with youth beds so I kept both sets. I have the pink valance up - from the other set - and the purple bedding on the crib. I still have another pink valance -- it came with two -- and then 2 purple ones --- so I have choices.

Love the nursery, Sherry!! Where did you finally find the cubbies and the dresser? I'm looking for a dresser now for Wendy's room.

Precious, you are very creative!!

Lesa, the cubes/toy boxes on the sides of the windows are from Pottery Barn Kids. We ordered the dresser and crib at one of the funiture stores -- it's Stanley -- from their Young America Collection / kids line. I LOVE the crib and dresser.

I knew I liked those cubes for some reason. I'll look up the dresser. I like the style and size too.

Thanks,
Lesa
